May 2017 Heads of Terms are agreed for the purchase of St Michael’s Hall aka Vineyard House
July 2017 The people of Leeds Vineyard give sacrificially
Autumn 2017 We instruct solicitors and apply for the mortgage
June 2018 Contracts exchanged and Phase II of the project begins
December 2018 We complete on the purchase and get the keys
Early 2019 We make safe the downstairs of the building, before establishing a prayer room. At the same time we will work with an architect to develop plans for the redevelopment of the building.
Easter 2019 We are aiming to apply for planning consent, at the same time as raising the funds needed for the redevelopment of Vineyard House
