Youth
If you are aged 11 - 18 there are activities happening for you each week, including social activities for you to invite your friends and safe spaces to encounter Jesus.
We love to journey with young people in loving God, loving people and putting our love into action. We are passionate about our young people encountering Jesus, discovering their identity and following Jesus fearlessly, impacting those and the world around them.
"Do not let anyone treat you as if you are unimportant because you are young. Instead, be an example to the believers with your words, your actions, your love, your faith, and your pure life." 1 Timothy 4:12
Sundays
We meet at Headingley Methodist Church with the adults at 11.15am. After a time of worship we head out for our own activities, returning at the end of Sunday Gathering at 12.30pm.
Week 1
The first Sunday of the month we meet at Vineyard House for Sunday Waffles and Pancakes (SWAP) with freshly made hot waffles and pancakes, a variety of toppings (donations appreciated). A place to hang out, play games, from table tennis, pool and more, followed by a time of prayer.
Week 2 and 4
The 2nd and 4th week of the month feature a range of fun activities with topics and themes relating faith to everyday life. We'll play games, explore the bible, discuss contemporary issues, pray for one another.
Week 3
The 3rd Sunday of the month we meet together and then go into Headingley and serve the local community. This could look like giveaways and offering prayer, litter-picking, and more.

A space for young people to deepen their relationship with Jesus, further explore the Bible, play games, ask questions and pray. With opportunities for the young people to shape what they want to explore.
Sunday Night Youth (SNY)
School years 10-13
Sunday Evenings (Fortnightly)
7:30-9:15pm | North Leeds
SNY starts with themed snacks and the evening usually includes a game, discussion round the Bible and topics of life, praying for each other, sung worship and other creative activities. With opportunities for young people to take a lead, both in the group and serving in church.

Meeting on the 2nd Friday of the Month, Friday Night Youth is a place to hang out with friends, play games, play pool, table tennis and more. We also have our tuck shop, with a variety of snacks, drinks and sugary goods, so please don't forget to bring your tuck shop money!
Keep an eye out for additional socials with FNY, from laser tag and summer games in the park, we love to have fun and get to know our young people.
Trips
Annual trips away from home provide a great opportunity to gather with other youth, build relationships and go deeper with God. These range from large organised youth-orientated events, such as camping, residentials, activity centres and worship evenings.
DTI
Each year we join with other young people at DTI in the summer, and DTI Roadtrip in the spring. Follow DTI for their events, worship evenings and announcements.
