I find SacredSpace is great for slowing down and focussing on me and God. It takes about 10 mins. The format is the same each day, but the content is different. The structure is:
1. Recognising the presence of God (with body, breathing and listening exercises)
2. Praying for freedom
3. Becoming conscious of God in our everyday lives, through review, thanksgiving and repentance
4. Listening to the Word - reflecting on a short scripture
5. Conversation with Jesus
6. Conclusion

The website is here: http://www.sacredspace.ie
It is run by the Irish Jesuits and claims to have had 20m visitors since 1999.
Does anyone else use this, or have you found anything similar?

I love these seven meditations on the seven sayings Jesus said on the cross.

They are also on the rejesus website- which has some other great stuff on it.
Try the daily prayer section . http://www.rejesus.co.uk/spirituality/daily_prayer/index.html
